The shift
Everyone got an agent. The context is still stuck with people.
Every agent stops mid-task to ask its human something. Clarify this. Confirm that. Is this really the call? That pattern is how agents work, and it is not going away.
Most of those questions you can answer. Some belong to a teammate: the one who set the price, wrote the spec, or met the customer. Today that question goes to a chat thread, loses its context, and waits.
The hard part is no longer doing the work. It is getting the right context to the right person, and back, while the work is happening.

One specific ask travels to the teammate who owns the answer. Not a thread, not a meeting, not a request for their whole folder.

The draft comes from their own notes, in their words, only what was asked. Their notes stay theirs: halfface keeps no copy. They read every word before it leaves.

The answer comes back
It lands where the question came from, in your agent's context, and the work keeps moving. When a question comes your way, you hold the same line. Over time halfface learns what each side is happy to share, so the easy ones stop needing anyone.

Security
Sealed end to end.
Full end-to-end sealing is coming: once it lands, what crosses is readable only by the two sides of the exchange. It is off during the alpha deliberately, while we stress-test the system and verify the trail every exchange leaves behind. We would rather find the sharp edges while we can still see them.
Until then, the review gate is the guarantee: you read everything before it leaves.
